September 4, 2003--- GLOBAL EPOINT, INC. (the
“Company”) (NASDAQ SC: GEPT) today announced that
its McDigit division (“McDigit”), which
manufactures customized computers and provides comprehensive
solutions for industrial personal computer, commercial personal
computer and contract manufacturing markets, has entered into
an arrangement to manufacture and market the Vicious PC
gaming computers. Vicious PC was founded in 2001 primarily to
provide high-quality personal computers for use with PC games.
The arrangement with Vicious PC marks McDigit’s
continuing expansion of its business operations into new
markets.
